A £300m project to construct the 20-kilometre-long, over and underground metro with twenty-two stations in Copenhagen.

We advised the public sector owner on a major claim from the construction JV and led negotiations to narrow the issues. Subsequent representation was provided during DRB and arbitration proceedings.
